Values Statement

In the spirit of civil rights organizer Ella Baker, we believe that anyone can achieve extraordinary changes when presented with the opportunity, resources and skills to act.  We work with leaders of diverse backgrounds and experiences to create real improvements in the lives of children, youth and families across the country.


Group Development 

  • Train individuals how to understand and manage group dynamics

Organizational Development

  • Launch and sustain a social enterprise
  • Assess the functions of an organization, or group, and how they interrelate

Results Based Leadership

  • Facilitate organizational and program design using results-based accountability frameworks and tools
  • Design learning experiences to respond to diverse styles and personality types
  • Facilitate collaboration across diverse stakeholders and organizations
